Abstract: The formation of virtual reference team in library to provide users with a deeper level,new type of personalized reference services has become the trend of reference services of modern library.The members of virtual reference team have the overall competitive advantage through the exchange and sharing of knowledge.This paper analyses the impact factors of the knowledge sharing of virtual reference team,and puts forward the countermeasures.
