Abstract: Precision management profoundly analyses the various problems and phenomena in the modem organizations and management through the Chinese perspective,and fully reveals the cause of these phenomena and problems ＂the nature purpose of human＂.Preeision management makes rational use of this kind of psychology to promote the regularization and model of organization management.As a social organization,library has also the inevitable problems and phenomena related.This paper discusses that the application of precision management to library management can promote the library management level and service capabilities,promote the development of library cause through the application of Shenyang Normal University library.
