Abstract: China is a civilization ancient state in the world,and it has an extreme brilliant civilization.The literature collection activities reflect the development of cultural values in ancient China.The study of literature collection activities is the most important aspect to research Chinese ancient cultural,and is the key to master Chinese five thousand years civilization history.It can make the modem civilization become pefeact.This paper expounds the literature collection activities in ancient China,and analyses the relation between literature collection activities and cultural values.The author hopes that the research can guide the literature collection activities in modem times.
