Abstract: ＂Intellectual Freedom＇is one of the core values of library,which is the international consensus currently.The protection of readers＇free fight of information acquirement is the need of the development of library cause and the construction of library core values.This paper elaborates the relation between the readers＇free right of information acquirement and the library core values,the significance to protect the readers ＇free fight of information acquirement,analyses the behavior that may infringe the readers＇free right of information acquirement,and puts forward some measures to protect the readers＇free fight of information acquirement in the process of library core values construction.
