Abstract: This paper analyzes the managing model and the mechanism of Pro Bono information service of American Bar Association, including the plan,organization,leadership and control of Pro Bono information service in detail,and puts forward the enlightenment for library to provide and utilize Pro Bono legal information service,namely library should rely on each other to achieve a win-win situation in information services and support each other to realize co-construction and sharing in resources building.
