Abstract: First of allthis article analyzes the management system status of the human resources information database in university,points out its disadvantage,and gives an exposition on the necessity and the feasibility of the human resources information database construction in university.Finally,this paper expounds how to construct the human resources information database in university by using TPI of Tsinghua Tongfang.
