The Design of Evaluation System of Librarian’s Training in the Digital Library

Abstract

Abstract:

Training evaluation is an important part of the training management process. Based on the characteristic of librarian’s training in the digital library,this paper tries to adopt the way and basic foundation of Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model to establish a set of evaluation system to meet the need of librarian’s training in order to play a guiding role for the construction of talent team in the digital library in the future.

	教学辅助系统	视听等辅助教学系统的针对性和实用性
培训环境	培训教学环境	培训教学环境是否方便舒适,包括桌椅摆放、光线、温度、教学设备等
	实践环境	培训实践环境是否方便舒适
	饮食条件	食品质量、就餐环境、餐厅服务质量
	住宿条件	客房卫生条件、舒适度、服务质量
