Abstract: This article analyzes the relevant factors which impact the document acquisition in university library,and puts forward the basic document acquisition principles such as practicality,security and systematic,academic,ideological principle,which should be insisted on.Finally,this paper further discusses how to select the right literature and the proper literature in the document acquisition practice.
