Abstract: Library is facing a series of problems such as how to attract readers＇attention,how to mobilize readers＇enthusiasm and how to grip the initiative of information navigation.Library should use operational mechanism of virtual currency and carry out the credit system for the readers which is transparent and permanent.Library should pay indispensable attention to every reader.That is propitious to deepen encouragement system,scientifically measure the readers＇ attention on collection literature and construct the library culture together.
