Analysis on Human Resources Information Management under the Post Assignment System in University

Abstract: firstly,this paper elaborates the meaning of human resource and human resource information under the post assignment system in university,and analyzes the main problems of human resource information management in university.Secondly,it puts forward the practical solution.At last,it points out that the only way to realize the modernization and networking of human resource information management in university is to adopt TPI information resource construction and management system of Tsinghua Tangfang Cor.,LTD.
