Abstract: From the knowledge administration in library,this paper expounds the purpose and the target of librarians＇ occupation training.Based on the Strategy of library development and the need of the development of employee＇s occupation career, this article also puts forward some effective administration mechanisms.With a series of strartegies put into force, the lifting of librarians＂ quality and the standard of service will be realized.
