Abstract: To promote the new image of library,we should achieve people-oriented,consider for the benefits of readers and really achieve ＂Readers First and Serviee-oriented＂.People-oriented is embodied into the library architectural design idea,the environment of library,the rtdes and regulations and the level of service of library.As long as achieving the three aspects, the image of library may be Promoted fight away.
