Abstract: Network link is a ubiquitous phenomenon on intemet, and is one kind of intemet services.As a new kind of technology, infringement problems emerge in endlessly.These legal arguments concentrate on copyright,trademark right and anti-unfair competition.In order to avoid copyright infringement caused by network link,this essay puts forward some related countermeasures.
