Abstract: The technology of P2P Semantic Web （PSW） can supply an environment that supports creating,maintaing and controlling ontologies.The realization of the InfoQuilt system is based on the PSW technology.This paper analyses in detail how to build the P2P semantic network,build and maitain knowledge spaces,realize semantic search based on correlative ontologies and relating operation among different ontologies.Besides,this paper puts forward some perspectives of improving the InfoQuilt system.
