Abstract: This paper analyses the problems of the distribution and usage of social science information resources：the contradiction between all round cooperation and self-intention,the absence of the complementation of mutual superiority,the trend of the ideology of information monopoly,and the disorder of the distribution of social science information resources in networking.Taking Zhejiang province as an example,this paper also puts forward the strategic suggestions on this subject：to sort out the social science information resources,to establish the sharing system of social science information resources in the provincial range,to set up and improve the networking system of social science information resources in the provincial range.
