Abstract: The availability of digital resources is the key element of the digital library construction. The essay discusses the existing circumstances and strietions of the exploitation of digital resources and puts forward some methods such as bucking up ideas, strengthening the construction of software and hawlware, setting up the digital resource department for circulation, doing the survey on the utilization of digital resources ,doing the counseling of digital resources and improving the librarians＇ working standard to make the full exploitation of digital resources.
