Abstract: Recintly, as the development of library administration,the problen of library human resource abstracts mire and mier attentions.h＇s accepted that the human resource is the first resource.This article describes the contents,characters,aims and effect of personnel training,indicates the mistakes and correct mithods in methods in personnel training under the style of library human resource administration model.
