Abstract: The ＂dishes-ordering＂service provides the physical books, the electronic books and the literature information and so on for the reader and satisfies reader＇s literature information demands with the aid of retrieval,borrowing,order etc. on the reader＇s behalf. With introducing the ＂dishes-ordering＂service for a year practice in the Xiaoshan Library, this article discusses the goal and the significance of this service, the practical way and the support environment and analyses the existence questions.
