Abstract: Accepting lifelong education as the new education conception, China has constructed lifelong education system as a substantial part of the state development project. The investigation of all sorts of readers in Huai ＇an City provides us the information of their requirements upon the information service of the college library during their lifelong education course.. Analyzing the factors influencing the information service of college libraries for local citizen lifelong education, the author thereby advances principles of constructing cooperative service system and service measures.
