Abstract: Based on investigating the organ,personnel,funds,equipment,reader service etc. of the 54 hospital libraries in Shenzen through questionaire- extending and the on-the -spot investigation and analyzing their favorable conditions and weak links,this article puts forward a series of ideas and proposals such as heightening cadre.＇s and masses＇s cognition,strengthening interlibrary cooperation,building a sharing platform and projecting the service for scientific research to carry forward the librarianship development of the medical system in Shenzhen.
