Abstract: With the investigation, the author points that the main content of digitized resources built by themselves of ＂The 211 projects ＂ university libraries include ：academic dissertation ,university article library , booklist information , ancient book document, subject special topic , video on demand , CD along with book distribution system , subject network navigation, specific case study ,etc., and analyses and researchs the current situation of digitized resources of university libraries on this basis.
