Abstract: Starting from the Knowledge and features of the disadvantaged information groups ,this paper discusses measures of the library information service based on the disadvantaged information groups from 3 aspects： humanization service under equal ideas,spreading knowledge in the countryside and new-coming disadvantaged information groups.
