Abstract: The startup meeting of CALLS ILL/DD Service Network was hold in Library of Beijing University on June 21,2004,which showed that the development of ILL/DD serviee in high sehools had entered into a new stage. The author analyzes some new changes after the entrance to the CALIS ILL/DD Serviee Network, and esplains some considerations.
