Abstract: This paper defines the quantified management and the principle that the quantified management standard is made by and introduces its concrete calculating method in the libraries circulating posts, it also analyzes the problems that should be concerned and its bringing effect that the quantified management is put into practice in the circulating department,and points out that the quantified management depends on the interfere of other policies.
