Abstract: With the google＇s network library appearing rapidly.the digital library＇s time is coming.This paper expatiates the respects of the digital library＇s concept,developing status,advantage and disadvantage,developing direction.It also discusses the characteristics of the digital library and gives some advices to construct digital library.
