Abstract: There have been some problems in the development of the university＇s hbrary,such as function being not defined unclear, scale orientation blindly, organization structure question being unreasonable, which have already influenced the university＇s library to develope continuously healthily. This text points out the existing problem on the basis of analysing development advantage of the university＇s library, and put forward the opinion on the function orientation of the future.
