Abstract: Lighten the burden of cataloguing, accelerate the speeds of processing documents, thus accelerate the speed that the new book serves to readers, make the documentation be transmitted rapidly, need to apply the principle of Least Effort in cataloguing. This paper summarizes the methods to raise working efficiency, such as strengthening catalogue software performance, simplifying cataloguing contents and utilizing data, etc. It improves the efficiency of cataloguing and obtained the greatest benefit with the minimum cost.
