Abstract:

This paper analyses the impact and challenge of big data on reference information sources, service objects, consultants and cost control of the library reference service, puts forward some suggestions: optimizing the resource structure and storage, improving the financial investment mechanism, strengthening the innovation and integration of various service models, avoiding the risk of intellectual property and personal information, developing digital knowledge reference services.
