Abstract:

This article introduces the service system construction of public library in Tianjin area from the service architecture, implementation steps, the overall construction and service pattern in detail, and analyzes the social and economic benefits which are service system construction created. Finally, it expounds the service system of regional public library is in the important position in the cultural construction.
