Abstract:

The construction of community culture is the soul of community construction, which needs the active participation of libraries. On the basis of discussing the objective and content of the construction of community culture, taking “Jiangxi Mobile Library”as an example, this paper expounds the present situation and the protruding superiority of the library APP with mobile phone as terminal, puts forward the conception of applying library APP to the construction of community culture, and provides a series of improvement measure for solving the existing problem.
