Abstract:

Based on new materials, this paper makes a research on technology foresight by scientometrics method. The result shows that the key cutting-edge research is self-assembly, nanowires and solar-cells. Especially, graphene research is beginning to appear a leap of growth, USA is the leader in new materials research, China has made remarkable progress in the high-quality paper and research institutions.
