Abstract: The evaluation index system of library micro-blog marketing consists of three level indexes, including the one level index: micro-log appeal and influence, the two level index: micro-blog reliability, communication, com-munication influence, the expression of the content, and the three level index(containing 17 index).The realiza-tion of evaluation index of library micro-log marketing is a systematic project, the library can construct highefficient and scientific evaluation index system of library micro-log marketing by strengthening the data acqui-sition and processing ability, taking the comprehensive evaluation method, keeping sustainable evaluation re-sults to micro-log marketing.
