Abstract: Volunteers are available valuable resources of library, which play an active role in library daily management and commonweal activity. Due to volunteers＇ uneven quality and the tremendous liquidity of volunteer service, the volunteer service of the public library needs to he improved. This paper mainly analyzes the current problem of volunteer service management in s,oaall and medium-sized public library, and puts forward the corresponding management measure.
