Abstract: Based on the existing theoretical structure of embedded subject service, this paper makes the questionnaire sur-vey on ten aspects of embedded subject services of domestic universty libraries, such as developing contents,modes, effects and so on, then analyzes and summarizes some questions in the process of its practice, for exam-ple,the imbalance and the low level of development, the insufficiency of the subject librarians ＇ knowledge ability, the imperfect management assessment system.finally, it puts forword the suggestion on improving the subject librarians＇ ability, constructing the service platform, and innovating marketing strategies.
