University Library Reading Promotion in Big-data Era: From the Perspective of Stakeholder

Abstract: University library's stakeholders include readers, library staff, resource suppliers, other departments, other li-braries and so on. This paper analyzes the benefits and conflicts among stakeholders and proposes win-win countermeasures in big-data era.
