Abstract: Library service transformation attracts libraries‘attention at home and abroad.Hubei Children's Library designs Read 100 books for love reading punch activity for readers‘demands，according to 1000 books before kindergarten program in the USA.This essay analyzes characters of Read 100 books for love reading punch activity and 1000 books before kindergarten，with designation，procedure and feedback of assisting families to record their reading tracks，taking down problems of librarian organization structure，picture books management，individual reading demand and traditional service system.By putting forward suggestions as innovating organization structure，using RFID to manage picture books，changing libraries'service roles，transform library services under background of improving reading activity
