Abstract: ITIL is a perfect IT service management practice guidelines and standards. This paper elaborates the basic con- notation of ITIL from two aspects of service and service management, analyzes the need to introduce the ITIL concept in the construction of higher vocational college digital library personalized service platform, and pro- poses to build a platform for personalized service of digital library in higher vocational colleges based on ITIL concept.
