Abstract: Based on young librarians occupation characteristics, this paper analyzes the influence factors of society, organization and individual which cause the loss of young librarians. According to the above analysis, it proposes to improve young librarian＇s job satisfaction and occupation of belonging by strengthening career planning, developing psychological quality training, emphasizing occupation ability development, improving the management incentive mechanism, so as to make them become the core force in public library.
