Abstract: The path and the way of information propagation have changed under the omni-media environment, which transforms the form of the library service. Based on the description of the lecture service status of public libraries in China, this paper discusses the lecture service mode of public libraries under the omni-media environment, and brings forward the development strategy of public library lecture services.
