Abstract: In the context of the knowledge economy and the information age, digital information resources co-construction and sharing becomes an important means of development of university library. Based on the analysis of the sta- tus and problems of university library digital information resources co-construction and sharing, this paper ex- pounds the construction of digital information resources co-construction and sharing mechanism from aspects of technical mechanisms, operation mechanism, management mechanism and coordination mechanism.
