The Roles, Obligation and Relationship Between Readers and Librarians

Abstract: The roles, obligation and relationship between readers and librarians are discussed in the view of serving and being served. It is proposed that readers and librarians form a unity through their mutual restriction and depen- dence. Only if they rely on each other could a library be supported effectively. The emotion management should be applied by both librarians to readers and leaders to librarians with favorable emotion interaction so as to carry out a library's work successfully.
