Abstract:

Based on the actual work, this paper introduces the development course, thematic content, service mode, service process and service characteristic of the special information service in Shenzhen library. In view of the impact of the marketization of current information service industry and the change of technology on the information service of the public library, it puts forward some constructive opinions on the service level, service provider, service market and service system of the special information service of the public library.
