The Application of Internal-Marketing Theory in Human Resources Management of University Libraries

Abstract: It can attract, encourage and retain hbrarians who have the ability to work, and can realize library management objectives using internal-marketing theory to research librarians, grasp librarians' needs and develop, design "work product"according to the librarians needs. This paper simply narratives the internal-marketing theory, and discusses the steps to carry out human resources management of university library with the application of internal marketing theory.
