Abstract: With the advent of the aging society, there are more old peoples to become library readers. As a center of culture transmission, library must actively explore corresponding strategies to provide rich spiritual food for theaged readers. This paper analyses the psychological characteristics and reading needs of the elderly, and expounds the measures for public libraries to provide personalized services for the aged readers.
