Abstract: Libraries not only have good opportunities for development, but also are faced with unprecedented challenges in the digital age. This paper presents a detailed analysis on the developmental environment of Chinese public libraries in the digital age by using SWOT, and investigates the development strategies of hbraries in the digital age.
