Abstract: Librarians are the linked bond between libraries and readers. Librarians＇ work attitude, profession ability, knowledge structure affect library service benefits. Strengthening librarian training and improving the quality of librarians are beneficial to improving library services benefits. This paper analyses the current situation of li- brarian training, discusses librarian training based on post competency model.
