Abstract: Library lecture service is a knowledge service to satisfy the increasing culture demands of public; This paper analyses the lecture characteristics of public library and the lecture service status of grass roots library in Chi- na, and puts forward the lecture service strategy to promote sustainable development of lecture service in grass roots library.
