摘要/Abstract

摘要： 馆员心理疲劳直接影响图书馆流通工作质量。分析了图书馆流通馆员心理疲劳产生的原因，并提出了相应的对策，以便更好地提高流通部门工作质量，消除差错隐患。

Abstract: The mental fatigue of librarian affects the quality of circulation work of library directly.This article analyses the causes of the mental fatigue formation and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.So that we can improve the quality of the circulation work and remove the hidden dangers of mistakes.
