摘要： 标杆管理是现代企业重要的管理方法之一。介绍了标杆管理含义和特征，阐述了图书馆实施标杆管理的意义及标杆管理在图书馆中的实施过程，并分析了实施标杆管理应注意的问题。

Abstract: Benchmarking is an important management method in modern enterprise. On the basis of introducing the definition of benchmarking, this paper expounds the meaning of benchmarking,then designs the implementation steps in library, and analyses the problems in the process of benchmarking.
