摘要： 从分析网络环境下期刊资源的特点出发，论述了图书馆期刊资源建设存在的问题。提出网络环境下图书馆期刊资源建设策略。

Abstract: This paper analyses the characteristics of periodical resources in the network environment, discusses the problems of periodical resources construction in libraries, and brings forward the strategies of periodical resources construction in libraries under network environment.
